Optima Life Sciences Marks Milestone with Foundation Day Celebration
This 11th January 2025, Optima Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. celebrated its 14th Foundation Day at the Jejuri factory, highlighting the team’s and management’s unwavering commitment to innovation, teamwork, and employee recognition. The ceremony began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Mr. Debraj Das, COO of Baramati Agro. It symbolised Optima’s bright future in the industry.
During his address, Mr. Das commended Optima Life Sciences for its impressive growth while attributing much of its success to the hard work and commitment of the employees. Further, he encouraged the team to remain adaptable and forward-thinking to maintain the company’s success.
The day’s highlights included the Long Service Awards, recognizing employees for their exceptional contributions to the company’s success. A special leadership session, “Identifying Leader, Boss and Manager within You,” was held for Heads of Departments, inspiring them to lead with purpose and tackle new challenges. The much-anticipated Optima Premier League (OPL) Cricket Match fostered camaraderie, culminating in a prize distribution ceremony for the winning team.
Mr. Vinay Kulkarni, Executive Chairman, emphasized the importance of teamwork and innovation, noting that the Foundation Day was a tribute to the people behind the company’s growth.
